What happens if I go over my plan's image limit?

Nothing breaks. Existing searchable images keep working, only the newest images beyond your limit stop being indexed, and they're marked as such on the Catalog index page. Upgrading picks them back up automatically the next time your catalog syncs.

Is there a limit on searches?

No. Every plan, including Free, includes unlimited storefront searches. Only your searchable catalog size changes between plans.

Do paid plans include a free trial?

Yes — every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately, and billing is prorated by Shopify for the current period.

How am I billed?

Through your Shopify account, alongside your other app charges. Findora never collects payment details directly.
