# Understanding the Dashboard

## Overall status

The status at the top combines active incidents with the latest health run:

* **Healthy:** the latest checks are healthy and there are no active warning or critical incidents.
* **Warning:** at least one warning condition, acknowledged incident, or active incident needs attention.
* **Critical:** at least one active incident has critical severity.
* **Unknown:** AgentWatch does not yet have enough information to determine a reliable status.

Always check **Last analytics sync** and **Last health check** before acting on the status. An old timestamp can mean the displayed state is no longer current.

## Last 30 completed days

The KPI cards always summarize the last 30 completed days:

* **AI-referred revenue:** aggregate Shopify sales attributed to an agentic referring channel using last-click attribution.
* **AI-referred sessions:** aggregate sessions grouped by Shopify's agentic referring channel.
* **AI-referred orders:** aggregate orders attributed to an agentic referring channel using last-click attribution.
* **Global Catalog search requests:** Shopify-reported search activity for the store's products in Global Catalog.
* **Active incidents:** incidents currently Open or Acknowledged.

The percentage badge compares the current 30 completed days with the preceding 30 completed days:

* An upward arrow shows an increase.
* A downward arrow shows a decrease.
* A neutral badge shows no change.
* **No previous-period comparison** means one side of the comparison was not available or did not provide a valid baseline.

An increase is not automatically good, and a decrease is not automatically an incident. AgentWatch applies separate minimum-volume and anomaly rules before opening incidents.

## Channel performance

The table breaks down AI-referred sessions, orders, and revenue by the channels reported by Shopify. Recognized labels include ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Shop. New channel values can appear as a new or unknown channel instead of being discarded.

**Orders** and **Revenue** credit the AI channel that referred the visit, using last-click attribution. **Agent checkout orders** and **Agent checkout sales** count only sales the AI agent completed directly for the buyer. Shopify reports agent checkout for Google AI Mode and Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Shop, but not for ChatGPT, so ChatGPT shows **No data** in those columns.

The **7-day trend** compares the most recent seven completed days with the seven completed days before them. The **Status** column reflects active channel incidents when present.

**No data** and a verified value of zero are different:

* **No data** means the metric was not available.
* **0** means a successful source reported no activity for that known channel and period.

AgentWatch does not treat missing history as an outage.

## AI-referred session trend

Use the 7, 30, and 90-day controls to change the trend period. This selector changes the trend visualization; the KPI cards above remain fixed to 30 completed days.

The live metric card is provided through Shopify analytics. If it is unavailable, review the warning and follow the analytics-access steps in **Troubleshooting and FAQ**.

## Active incidents

The final section lists up to five current incidents. Select an incident title to view its baseline, observed value, evidence timeline, alert history, and diagnostic packet.
